Product Description |
This product is a cement based chemical, and granule metric thin aggregate added material. It adds great strength to the surface against impact, and wear. It is applied on fresh concrete surfaces with molds. |
Product Number |
201 |
Areas of Application |
• Pool sides, touristic facilities, sea shore walking paths,
• Villas, sub divisions, and condominiums,
• Pedestrian walks, sidewalks, parks, underground passages,
• Parking garages, auto service centers, and gas stations,
• Convention Centers, Malls, Commerce buildings, and all concrete surfaces. |
Product Advantages |
• It gives a natural stone look to the surface. It is decorative, esthetic, and colorful,
• It is economic. The problems with natural stones such as high cost, limited colors, high permeability and wear, dusting, staining are nonexistent,
• Creates a surface look that is free of cracks. With a protecting wax can have a shiny look,
• Sticks very well to the below concrete, and it was designed to have an amazing surface strength,
• It is suitable to indoors and outdoors applications, it does not stain,
• It has a very low permeability compared to other concrete surfaces,
Since it is applied in blocks in the field you will not suffer from settling over time. You will not have unwanted weeds growing in between

Surface Preparation |
In order to obtain a solid surface and a healthy application the ground must contain 300-350 kg/m3 of cement. The concrete must have the right size aggregate. The concrete must be free of any admixtures. The slab thickness must be a minimum of 10cm. The concrete surface must be of a homogenous content, and with a wooden or magnesium spatula the surface must be leveled. |
Application Details |
CVC SC SH Application
Start the application once the footprint on the surface is 3-5 mm. There must not be too much water on the surface. Any excess water must be removed, and the surface must be moist. Using a spatula the product must be distributed on to the surface. 2/3 of the material that will be used is spread on the surface homogeneously and waited for every part of it to become evenly moist (color change should be observed). Material is fed into the concrete by tray glazing and concrete integration is ensured. Rest of the 1/3 material part is spread on the surface homogeneously the same way and waited for every part of it to become evenly moist (color change). Then, it is fed into the surface and glazed.
Application of Mold Separator
After using CVC SC SH (on soft when pressed with finger but not wet surface) CVC RA (stamped concrete mold separator) is scattered on to the surface, and with the molds the stamping process will commence. The scattering process should be in the direction of the wind, and parallel to the surface. This process must be done at the thinnest possible way and piling should be avoided.
After the stamping process is complete the molds must be removed and rinsed and cleaned with water. The molds must be stored in a dry place. Molds that will not be used for a long time must be protected with talc or any other type of powder.
One or two days later the surface is washed with a pressure washer until the desired look it obtained. Since the timing of the washing is so important, it is crucial that it is done with proper equipment. Failure to follow the right instructions may result in the wrong color tone, scaling of the varnish, and loss of detail.
Protecting Varnish Application
After the washing process the surface left to dry. Before the application the surface must be cleaned and dust free. The surface must be dry. First layer of CVC POLISH 90 (Protecting Varnish) must be applied with a sprayer or brush. Do not use a paint roller. After the first layer is completely dry the second layer of CVC POLISH 90 can be applied. After the second layer is completely dry (approx. 2 hours) the surface can be used.
