Preparing the Surface |
The floor, on which there will be application, should be cleaned of all loose parts, oil and other chemicals and clean. Concrete, cement and plasters should be dry and have been completed setting time. If the surface is over-absorbent or the application is carried out under hot weather, moisturizing should be made. |
Instruction for Preparing and Application |
CVC PA
25 kg. of powder must be added into about 6,75-7,00 liter of fresh clean water (may vary according to weather conditions, never add water into powdered product) and is mixed for 3-4 minutes with a low revolution mixer until a homogenous mix is achieved. |
Instruction for Preparing and Application |
25 kg) powder material is poured into 5,0-5,5 kg (it may vary depending on air temperature) of clean and cool mixing water and with a low-speed and suitable mixer, a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained in 3-4 minutes and kept waiting for 5-10 minutes. Maturing material is mixed again and becomes ready for use. Water shouldn’t be added to powder material. Application is recommended to be made in temperatures of +5 and +35 ºC.
Prepared material is placed to across all sides of back surface of sheets constantly and is placed to middle parts spot by spot. Sheets are pressed to the surfaces to be bond; they are placed to their set square by tapping on by means of wooden or rubber tamper and are ensured to be bond. After the adhesive is cured enough, sheets are fixed with pins mechanically.
|
Points to take into Consideration |
• The prepared material must be used in approximately 3 hours.
• After the sheets are placed, the forming of film layer as a result of drying of mortar on the surface should be prevented.
• It should be applied under +5°C.
• Mechanical pin process should be carried out early when the application is made under windy conditions and on higher floors. |
