Preparation of the Substrate |
The floor, on which there will be application, should be cleaned of all loose parts, oil and other chemicals and the defects on the surface are repaired with CVC RM Repair Mortar. All the expansion and moving joints should be filled with elastomeric joint filler first. |
Application |
CVC GUARD S20 is mixed thoroughly and becomes ready for use. It is applied on the prepared surface with a roller, brush or low-pressure sprayer. Application is made at least on two layers, and the surface is saturated with material. Between the layers, maximum 3 hours should be waited. In horizontal applications, extra material is removed with a dry cloth.
