Application |
All surfaces, on which there will be application, should be cleaned of all loose parts, oil and other chemicals and clean. Depending on the place of usage, it is used by added clean water at the rate between 1:1 and 1:4.
Adherence Between New-Old Concrete: CVC LATEX which is thinned with water at the rate of ~ 1:2 and 1:1- sand-cement mixture is properly mixed. The mixture, which is in intensive consistency, is applied on the old concrete of which surface preparation is completed. Before the primer is dried completely, concrete or screed application is made on it.
Screed: Depending on the required screed characteristics, ~ 3–5 kg CVC LATEX is added to 1m³ screed. It is recommended to use old concrete primer before the application.
Plaster Mortar: ~ 5 kg CVC LATEX is added to 1m³ screed. The surfaces should be watered 12 hours before the application and get ready.
Repair mortar: By adding ~1/2 CVC LATEX /water to ½ cement/sand mortar, a mortar in trowel consistency is obtained.
Base Coat Mortar: At least 350 kg of fresh cement and 10 kg of CVC LATEX is added to 1m³ stream sand, and this mixture is added water until it reaches to boza consistency. The prepared mixture is applied to the surface which was watered 12 hours before the application and is ready. |
